This role involves managing the discovery and requirements for a workforce development SaaS platform, gathering client workflows, writing user stories, and supporting delivery through testing and implementation.

The Director of Workforce Transformation will partner with state leaders to redesign workflows for workforce services, oversee the implementation of software solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery to job seekers and employers, driving measurable outcomes in workforce development.
