Sources, screens, and evaluates candidates across multiple recruiting channels; coordinates interviews, travel, agendas, and candidate documentation; maintains applicant records in Workday; partners with hiring leaders on selection criteria and talent pools; supports recruiting campaigns, employer branding, hard-to-fill role marketing, requisition audits, and HR expense reporting.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, drive cloud migrations and IaC, build GitOps/CI-CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitLab CI), implement observability and security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, SOX), mentor engineers, lead PoCs, and manage incident response and on-call for critical cloud infrastructure.

Drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of MI Clarity by educating oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and care teams on clinical value and integrating the assay into workflows. Develop territory and account plans, present clinical data, support implementation, track utilization, maintain CRM records, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow testing adoption while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards.
