Lead and oversee multiple reconditioning production lines, drive throughput and quality, identify and resolve bottlenecks, run performance reviews, support continuous improvement, develop managers and leads, enforce safety and operating standards, and manage site operations in the General Manager's absence.

Lead a team of field experts to drive and implement large-scale operational initiatives across auction sites. Manage project execution, train and support site teams, remove site-specific barriers, coordinate cross-functional resources, and strengthen field-corporate communication to ensure sustainable adoption and operational excellence.

The Operations Manager oversees site integration and operational efficiency, managing RSO teams and ensuring successful departmental setups across multiple facilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
