Provide technical finance leadership and hands-on support to CRS and Caritas Venezuela for emergency response. Strengthen partner financial systems, ensure compliance, budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting, audit readiness, conduct assessments and training, contribute to proposal development, and oversee finance consultant outputs to ensure high-quality implementation and partnership alignment.

Consolidate, validate, and analyze multi-country supply chain and inventory data; establish reporting frameworks and data governance; prepare donor reports; support compliance, audits, and inventory variance tracking; coordinate partners and country teams; promote MIS/Insight use and provide limited operational and administrative support.

Provide technical guidance to integrate Disaster Risk Reduction and Anticipatory Action across programs, support proposal design and donor compliance, strengthen partner and staff capacity, advise country teams, monitor and analyze program performance, and represent CRS with donors and peer organizations to share best practices.
