Build automation, secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and compliance tooling across Kubernetes, Linux, containers, and cloud platforms. Partner with security, compliance, and engineering teams to improve reliability, deployment safety, and regulatory sustainment.

Own customer technical issues from troubleshooting through resolution in a cloud networking and security environment. Mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, advocate for customers across Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Management, and align customer needs with Cato solutions. Monitor customer status, identify concerns and growth opportunities, and help improve global support services while collaborating with distributed teams.

Own customer technical issues through resolution, troubleshoot complex networking and security problems, mentor support engineers, create knowledge articles, and advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, support designated customer programs, monitor customer status, identify risks and opportunities, and help improve global support services.
