Manage assigned client accounts for CBIZ’s HCM software services. Provide UKG product support, troubleshoot system issues, conduct audits, maintain data integrity, lead client meetings, and recommend process improvements. Build trusted client relationships, resolve cases, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across payroll, HR, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions.

Advise clients on complex partnership taxation, entity structuring, ownership changes, M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. Develop and review partnership tax models, allocation analyses, basis computations, and technical memoranda. Research Subchapter K issues, identify planning opportunities, collaborate with advisors, manage client engagements, and mentor tax professionals.

Leads the HCM Sales organization, managing Sales Directors and geographically dispersed sales teams. Develops sales strategies, drives revenue growth and market expansion, monitors pipeline and forecasts, builds sales leadership talent, and partners with executive, marketing, operations, and service teams. Oversees segment performance, operational effectiveness, financial results, resource planning, service quality, and long-term growth for human capital management solutions.
