Teams at CCMC

Manage daily onsite community operations for HOA properties: oversee vendors and assets, manage budgets and financial reporting, enforce compliance and risk programs, lead and develop onsite teams, advise boards on strategy and policy, and drive resident engagement.

Serve as front-desk point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and visitors. Manage reservation approvals, amenity access, payments, documentation, and communications. Support the Community Director, Assistant Community Manager, and office staff while maintaining organized records, following policies, and delivering excellent customer service.
