Develops and positions NetApp-based storage, data management, cyber resiliency, hybrid cloud, and AI infrastructure solutions in a national technical pre-sales role. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, solution architecture, proposals, bills of material, statements of work, services scoping, technical leadership, partner collaboration, customer advising, field enablement, mentoring, and strategic opportunity support. The role also creates reusable architectures and represents CDW in customer, partner, and industry engagements.

Develops and presents hybrid infrastructure solutions for federal and state/local government customers. Responsibilities include technical pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, assessments, service scoping, configurations and bills of materials, statements of work, sales strategy, customer and partner relationship management, and technical enablement. The role requires expertise across servers, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, and AI technologies, along with mentoring other solution architects and traveling up to 25%.

Leads a managed services engineering team supporting mainframe environments. Oversees customer satisfaction, service-level agreement delivery, staffing, resource allocation, operational processes, continuous improvement, budgets, vendor relationships, and technical service optimization. Serves as product owner for assigned services, manages performance and development, coordinates strategic technology planning, and supports customer reviews and escalations. Requires mainframe expertise, consulting leadership, ITIL knowledge, process improvement skills, and the ability to manage complex customer and business priorities.
