Assist journeyman and master electricians in installing, maintaining, and testing commercial and industrial electrical systems. Prepare work areas, run wire pulls, mount and connect components to code, maintain tools and safety, and perform physically demanding tasks at heights and in confined spaces. Follow safety procedures, maintain licensure, and support project completion including overtime and occasional travel.

Conduct daily field safety walks, document ORM boards and site audits, coach crews on job hazard analyses, support incident investigations and corrective actions, audit tools/equipment, ensure subcontractor compliance, deliver site orientations, and promote safe behaviors across construction project sites.

Manage and maintain integrated construction schedules for new-builds and retrofits, coordinate stakeholders and contractors, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, produce progress and lookahead reports in P6 and Tableau, monitor schedule performance, and provide QA, training and client-facing schedule delivery.

Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects including budgets, schedules, profitability, client relationships, subcontractor management, staffing, safety, and project closeouts. Mentor project management staff, support business development, perform financial reporting and projections, negotiate change orders, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company procedures across assigned projects.
