Prepare work areas, run wire pulls, mount and connect components to code, maintain tools and safety, and perform physically demanding tasks at heights and in confined spaces. Follow safety procedures, maintain licensure, and support project completion including overtime and occasional travel.

Conduct daily field safety walks, document ORM boards and site audits, coach crews on job hazard analyses, support incident investigations and corrective actions, audit tools/equipment, ensure subcontractor compliance, deliver site orientations, and promote safe behaviors across construction project sites.
