Provides financial leadership for a multifunctional business platform, driving FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, working capital, capital allocation, and performance reporting. Partners with business and finance leaders on strategic planning, productivity initiatives, operating reviews, M&A projects, and financial execution. The role also manages budgets, supports period-end close, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and mentors junior staff.

Plans and executes pressure vessel engineering projects from design through completion. Develops equipment specifications, datasheets, layouts, drawings, schematics, structural calculations, and bills of material while ensuring compliance with ASME VIII and other governing codes. Provides technical support to project management, manufacturing, aftermarket, vendors, customers, and field installations. Reviews designs, resolves engineering issues, supports product development, and may travel to customer or vendor sites.

Leads multiple complex, cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through completion. Develops schedules, resource plans, budgets, and project documentation; manages risks, issues, changes, costs, and deliverables; communicates status to stakeholders; ensures projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives; and mentors project team members while improving project management processes.
