The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in Agile coaching, transformation, project or program management, Scrum Master, Product Management, or a related field.

Leads Agile adoption and digital transformation training by developing curricula, delivering workshops, assessing training needs, coordinating logistics, measuring instructional effectiveness, and improving programs based on feedback and performance results. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to create training plans, materials, and educational aids while maintaining training records and researching innovative methods such as gamification.

Install, configure, and support PLC-based batching automation for livestock feed operations. Troubleshoot electrical, networking, and software (Linux, Java, SQL) issues, perform on-site repairs and training, audit system performance, and provide 24/7 on-call support with frequent rural travel.
