The Senior Agile Coach guides teams and leaders in applying Agile principles, improving delivery flow, predictability, collaboration, and outcomes. Responsibilities include removing systemic impediments, facilitating workshops and training, supporting Agile reporting and tools, partnering with Scrum Masters and product owners, communicating risks and progress, and mentoring peers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in Agile coaching, transformation, project or program management, Scrum Master, Product Management, or a related field.

Leads Agile adoption and digital transformation training by developing curricula, delivering workshops, assessing training needs, coordinating logistics, measuring instructional effectiveness, and improving programs based on feedback and performance results. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to create training plans, materials, and educational aids while maintaining training records and researching innovative methods such as gamification.
