Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, driving adoption and long-term value of Cengage products. Build success plans, deliver training, conduct health checks, analyze usage data to identify risks and upsell opportunities, and support renewals to meet revenue targets. Advocate for customers during high-severity issue resolution and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure outcomes.

Lead development of a Content Operations Platform to streamline editorial workflows, integrate AI-driven content creation, and provide real-time operational visibility. Define product vision and roadmap, conduct discovery and prototyping, design workflow orchestration, risk and capacity management, and deliver dashboards and reporting. Collaborate across content, engineering, vendors, and portfolio teams to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and evaluate build vs. buy decisions to accelerate delivery and improve predictability.

Build and maintain full-stack features for Cengage Learning Platforms using Java/Spring backends and React frontends. Integrate AI/LLM services, design APIs, improve platform architecture, troubleshoot cross-stack issues, write testable code, and collaborate with product, UX, and QA on accessible, high-quality learning experiences.
