Lead end-to-end design and verification of high-reliability space/airborne electronics: architecture, schematic, PCB layout, SI/PI analysis, bring-up, validation, production release, and technical leadership/mentoring.

Support senior leadership on corporate strategy including M&A ideation/analysis/execution, capital raises, market and legislative analysis, and formation/management of international entities. Work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic initiatives, present data-driven recommendations, and manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced, in-person environment at the Austin HQ.

Design, implement, and automate board-level test architectures for power, digital, and RF electronics. Develop test software (data logging, equipment interfaces), execute prototype/qualification/acceptance tests, evaluate results, advise on design-for-test, and support lab buildout, documentation, and training.

Lead definition and execution of advanced satellite communications architectures across RF, digital, firmware, and software domains. Provide end-to-end technical leadership from requirements and design through integration, test, qualification, and delivery. Serve as primary technical customer interface, perform trade studies, guide multidisciplinary teams, shape proposals, and ensure space-grade performance and compliance.

Lead and manage the Systems Engineering team for space and airborne communications systems. Drive requirements definition and decomposition, CONOPS, verification and validation planning, risk assessment, process and methodology development, customer technical interface, resource deployment, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Lead component selection, qualification, standardization, and failure analysis for high-reliability EEE parts in space/aerospace products. Define test and qualification requirements, author parts plans and ECOs, evaluate suppliers and screening data, and collaborate with design, reliability, and quality teams to mitigate risk and manage obsolescence for high-volume satellite constellations.

Design and deliver digital and mixed-signal electronics for space and airborne platforms from concept through schematic, PCB layout, analysis, build, test, and production. Work includes FPGA/microcontroller-based designs, signal and power integrity analysis, bring-up and verification, mentoring juniors, and interfacing with manufacturing, software, mechanical, and customers.

Lead contract administration across aerospace and defense programs; ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance; draft, review, and negotiate government, commercial, and international contracts; manage contracts team, workloads, and process governance; support proposals, audits, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination with Program Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Business Development; serve as primary customer contact for contractual issues.

Develop and scale automated test systems for RF and satellite communications payloads, control lab instrumentation, build reusable frameworks and CI/CD-integrated automation, debug hardware/software integration issues, and design scalable test infrastructure to ensure repeatable system validation.

Design and develop board-level RF electronics and phased-array communication systems for space and airborne platforms. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB layout, simulations, link budgets, part selection, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support, plus design reviews and proposal contributions.

Lead and optimize accounts payable operations, managing AP team, vendor payments, reconciliations, month-end close, internal controls, reporting, audits, and process improvements to ensure compliance and efficient cash management.

Plan, set up, and execute antenna and RF measurement campaigns in anechoic chambers (near- and far-field), perform VNA calibration, spectrum analysis, DUT alignment, develop and document test procedures and analysis scripts, troubleshoot with design teams, and maintain chamber instrumentation.

Lead development of SDR and space communications developer kits, owning BSPs, firmware workflows, source code distribution, documentation, example projects, and cross-team collaboration to deliver robust, user-friendly developer platforms.

Lead mission assurance activities ensuring design, manufacturing, integration, and test meet customer and regulatory requirements. Implement and tailor QA/Mission Assurance processes, manage supplier compliance, drive risk management, lead failure investigations, support audits and reviews, and provide training and guidance across teams.

Lead design, implement, test, and validate flight and mission software for satellites, ground stations, and mission operations. Architect and integrate low-level drivers, BSPs, microcontroller code, and higher-level applications; review designs, mentor engineers, interface with hardware teams, support in-orbit operations, and participate in proposals and customer briefings.

Lead and scale import compliance for aerospace supply chains: develop procedures and controls, manage HTS classifications and duty-mitigation strategies, oversee brokers and audits, train teams, support international branches, and drive process improvements and cost savings while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Drive process improvement for NPI, manufacturing, and supply chain of aerospace electronic assemblies. Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze data (SQL), map and redesign processes, document workflows, train users on dashboards/APIs/tools, and collaborate with engineering, program management, and supply chain to industrialize and automate processes while improving data capture and quality.

Architect and scale end-to-end satellite production systems including production flow, facility design, capacity modeling, tooling and test integration, digital traceability, CONOPS, standard work, and continuous improvement to enable transition from development to high-rate aerospace manufacturing.

Lead design and development of power electronics for SATCOM systems: define power architectures, design AC-DC and DC-DC converters (up to 20 kW), perform analysis (WCA, FMEA, reliability, power integrity), lead board bring-up, verification, integration/qualification testing, production transition, and mentor a small team of engineers.

Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support ERP and business applications. Integrate ERP with other systems, produce technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, assist user training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
