Supports mechanical design of aerospace and spacecraft products from concept through in-orbit support. Responsibilities include electronics packaging, CAD, thermal management, mechanical simulations, FEA, shock and vibration analysis, spacecraft interfaces, manufacturing, testing, qualification, and design reviews. The role requires collaboration with electrical engineers and application of GD&T, DFM/DFMA, CNC manufacturing, EMI/EMC mitigation, and engineering documentation practices.

Test Engineer Interns support electronics laboratory testing for satellite and aerospace systems. Responsibilities include executing functional, signal integrity, and power converter tests; assembling test setups; supporting test architectures and fixtures; troubleshooting production issues; analyzing test data; and assisting with inspections, quality control, and root cause analysis. Interns also present findings to peers, mentors, and leadership.

Develop FPGA circuits and systems throughout design, verification, testing, validation, and deployment. Work includes HDL designs for high-speed serial interfaces, data streams, digital processing cores, multiple clock domains, and management interfaces. The role also involves laboratory testing and may support digital signal processing, board-level hardware design, aerospace qualification, and reliability analysis.
