Leads advanced mechanical engineering across satellite, UAV, launch vehicle, and airborne-platform programs. Develops mechanical systems, structures, mechanisms, and assemblies; directs structural, thermal, tolerance, manufacturability, verification, qualification, and validation activities. Resolves complex technical issues, guides root-cause investigations and engineering changes, supports manufacturing and supplier evaluations, improves reliability and quality, advances engineering methods, and mentors engineers across multiple programs.

Leads the corporate accounting function, overseeing general ledger operations, financial close, reconciliations, consolidations, reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, and audit activities. Manages accounting teams and develops organizational capabilities while evaluating complex accounting matters and ensuring GAAP or IFRS compliance. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on financial reporting, process improvements, automation, SEC reporting, SOX controls, and the integrity of corporate financial data.
