Advises clients on brand planning, positioning, omnichannel campaigns, competitive strategy, and performance metrics. Supports new business pitches, presents to senior stakeholders, mentors team members, and coordinates cross-functional agency teams to deliver effective marketing solutions.

Serves as a senior, client-facing technology partner for major or portfolio accounts. Translates business priorities into technology strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations; guides architecture across platforms, integrations, data, security, and AI; and establishes consistent technical direction across projects. Provides oversight of planning, estimation, staffing, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, escalations, delivery quality, and technical outcomes while coordinating multidisciplinary agency teams and supporting client relationships and account growth.
