Develop and execute an Austin territory strategy to grow the Substance Use Disorder program. Build relationships with SUD referral partners, conduct frequent in-field outreach, educate stakeholders, identify treatment-access barriers, and gather partner feedback. Collaborate with marketing, clinical, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to improve growth strategies, messaging, and engagement. Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and educational sessions.

Leads a team of Admissions Coordinators handling prospective client and referral-source calls. Oversees hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, service levels, call quality, admissions quotas, documentation, and client communication. Partners with internal teams and executive leadership to improve admissions and discharge processes, meet KPIs, and maintain patient satisfaction and timely admissions.

Processes authorized requests for protected health information, verifies patient and service details, retrieves and formats medical records, documents disclosures, and maintains confidentiality under state and federal privacy laws. The role manages communications, logs requests, uploads documentation to EMR systems, supports release-of-information guidance and training, and contributes to operational improvement initiatives.
