The Outreach Manager will develop market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and identify barriers to care for patients, parents, and providers in mental health treatment.

Manage daily office operations and visitor support; process administrative paperwork (payor/license applications, claims), enter and reconcile data between Salesforce and medical records, maintain patient charts, support admissions and clinical teams, uphold HIPAA/compliance standards, assist IT and People Operations projects, and coordinate training and team events.
