The Outreach Manager will develop market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and identify barriers to care for patients, parents, and providers in mental health treatment.

Provide part-time, remote facilitation of substance-use-disorder groups using Charlie Health curriculum. Complete onboarding, attend regular supervision and treatment-team meetings, collaborate with therapists and care staff, maintain timely documentation within 24 hours, foster client engagement in telehealth groups, and follow agency policies and confidentiality standards.
