Leads the platform engineering organization supporting CharterUP’s two-sided marketplace. Manages infrastructure, security, site reliability, and data engineers; sets platform strategy; guides cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, security, data governance, and developer productivity initiatives. The role balances operational reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, secure development, and long-term technical investments while coaching, recruiting, and developing distributed engineering teams.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity, create trip quotes, close new business, grow repeat bookings, and develop high-value customer accounts. Maintain accurate CRM and call documentation, use performance data to prioritize opportunities, handle objections, and ensure precise booking experiences. Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and continuously improve sales tactics and execution.
