Leads Chomps' talent acquisition strategy and team, overseeing workforce planning, sourcing, executive and niche searches, recruiting systems, metrics, employer branding, compensation benchmarking, vendor relationships, compliance, and candidate experience. Partners with senior leadership to scale hiring operations, improve recruiting efficiency, develop the TA team, and provide hiring insights during company growth.

Supports digital transformation projects involving AI capabilities, software platforms, and process automation. Coordinates timelines, budgets, meetings, documentation, change management, training, technology integrations, governance, and performance reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, IT, BI, AI and automation groups, People Ops, and vendors to drive adoption, improve processes, and ensure successful project handoffs and continuous improvement.

Own P&L and sales for Albertsons and WinCo accounts, drive distribution, pricing, promotions and merchandising. Coordinate brokers, field teams, analytics, and trade funding to meet revenue and distribution targets. Lead tradeshows, market tours, and quarterly business reviews; analyze SPINS/Nielsen/Numerator data and optimize route-to-market.
