Responsibilities include adoption planning, initiative sequencing, communications, M&A integration, organizational listening, change governance, readiness criteria, and executive stakeholder alignment. The role establishes repeatable methodologies and measurement frameworks to improve adoption, reduce friction, integrate acquired teams, and incorporate employee feedback into leadership decisions.

Own RPAS revenue growth by building a repeatable sales process, driving advisor engagement and referrals, managing full sales lifecycle and CRM pipeline, developing CPA and alliance channels, creating enablement materials and training, and aligning growth with delivery and fiduciary standards.
