Maintain health, installation, and presentation of plantings across the property. Support greenhouse operations, diagnose plant health issues, coordinate landscape installations, monitor irrigation, keep greenhouse and chemical records, lead landscape crews, operate equipment, and support events and seasonal displays.

Lead day-to-day operations of COTALAND’s Hot Lap program, managing fleet, staff, safety, inventory, and guest experience. Develop operational plans, coordinate maintenance and vendors, recruit and train teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous improvement for events and private experiences.

Supervise daily costume shop operations, staff scheduling, fittings, construction, alterations, laundry, inventory, and wardrobe support for shows, events, and character experiences while coordinating with production and vendors.
