Supports COTALAND group sales by responding to inquiries, coordinating reservations, preparing quotes and booking documentation, maintaining CRM and sales records, and communicating visit details across park departments. The role supports group organizers from initial inquiry through scheduled visits, tracks sales and revenue activity, assists with issue resolution, and helps improve booking processes and guest experiences.

The Revenue Management Manager analyzes attendance demand, pricing performance, revenue forecasts, guest spending, promotions, and commercial results across COTALAND channels. The role develops pricing and demand recommendations, evaluates promotional ROI, maintains revenue dashboards, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve profitability and guest revenue. Responsibilities include forecasting attendance, optimizing admissions and ancillary revenue, monitoring competitive trends, and improving revenue management processes.

Leads the overall marketing strategy for COTALAND, driving attendance, revenue, and brand loyalty. Oversees campaigns for attractions, events, and seasonal offerings; manages multi-million-dollar budgets; analyzes performance data; builds and leads a multidisciplinary marketing team; and develops partnerships with media, tourism organizations, travel agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
