Coordinates Silicon One’s internal and external communications, including executive updates, town halls, thought leadership, campaigns, and customer content. Manages editorial calendars, publishing workflows, stakeholder reviews, content repositories, version control, and archival systems. Partners with product, marketing, and communications teams to align strategic narratives, strengthen executive messaging, improve processes, and develop scalable AI-assisted content workflows.

Lead architecture and development for identity entitlements, provisioning systems, and customer lifecycle workflows. Drive secure, scalable, reliable backend and frontend solutions using distributed systems, microservices, React, TypeScript, and Python. Influence engineering roadmaps, architectural decisions, and product direction while partnering with product and architecture teams. Mentor engineers, improve technical designs, apply agile delivery practices, and leverage AI-assisted development to deliver business outcomes.
