Lead end-to-end equity research publishing: editorial review, supervisory oversight, production, distribution, and regulatory compliance. Manage publishing systems and workflows, ensure FINRA adherence, partner with stakeholders, and build and coach a high-performing publishing team focused on quality, accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain balance sheet forecasting models and related analytics. Perform data mining, segmentation, and statistical testing; monitor model performance and propose recalibration or redevelopment. Analyze mortgage/MSR prepayment, deposit and interest-rate behavior. Collaborate with Model Risk, Market Risk, and Treasury for validations, CCAR/DFAST, and balance sheet optimization using QRM and BlackRock Aladdin.

Embed with branch teams to observe operations and customer interactions, identify friction, and design practical end-to-end customer and colleague experiences. Translate insights into usable journeys, playbooks, service models, and interaction frameworks. Partner with operating model, technology, talent enablement, and change teams to pilot, validate, and scale designs that improve performance, adoption, and outcomes while balancing operational and regulatory realities.
