Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.

Manage project financial strategy, budgets, cost control, change orders, billings, forecasts, and cost reporting. Work with project teams, accounting, subcontractors, and executives to identify variances, risks, and ensure cost accuracy and quality control.

Lead implementation and oversight of the Quality Control program on construction projects: manage inspections, testing and commissioning, documentation, QC meetings and reports, material verification, subcontractor compliance, corrective actions, and safety audits while collaborating with project teams and executive management.
