The Solutions Architect leads technical pre-sales for supply chain integration solutions. Responsibilities include customer discovery, end-to-end architecture design across ERP, WMS, TMS, and trading partner systems, product demonstrations, POCs, RFI/RFP responses, ROI articulation, and AI capability consulting. The role partners with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services while creating reusable demonstrations and solution assets.

Manage multiple customer-facing technology implementation projects from kickoff through closure. Own delivery outcomes while coordinating customers, implementation engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams. Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, forecasting, and resource management. Lead planning sessions and delivery meetings, communicate project status, and help improve PMO best practices. The role focuses on cloud-based, integration-oriented solutions, with EDI, MFT, data movement, or file transfer experience preferred.

Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.
