Lead technical design and engineering standards for Palantir Foundry applications. Guide architecture, data modeling, integrations, and platform enablement. Communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders and improve operational readiness, testing, and deployment practices.

Lead and manage the product operations team supporting CLA's internal platforms. Own operational readiness, incident reduction, OKRs/KPIs, runbooks, and cross-functional escalation. Partner with Product, Dev, Data, and IT to ensure platform reliability, enable business users, and provide product-health metrics while driving continuous improvement and technical upskilling.

Support client lifecycle by assisting sales-to-services transition, onboarding, and post-implementation activities. Drive software adoption, moderate/resolved escalations, coordinate with implementation/scoping teams, manage client transfers, identify reference clients/case studies, and assist with renewals, marketing, and billing as needed.

Process and verify client payroll data, update payroll systems for employee changes, prepare quarterly tax reports, handle verifications and audits, upload retirement contributions, respond to tax notices, and process special payrolls such as bonuses.

Design, build, test, document, and maintain Palantir Foundry applications, pipelines, ontologies, and integrations. Translate business requirements into solutions, apply governance and security practices, perform testing and documentation, support operations, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Lead and manage the MarTech team responsible for development, configuration, integrations, support, data governance, and change management of marketing systems. Oversee hiring, training, vendor relationships, project delivery, testing/validation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver MarTech solutions on time and aligned to business needs.

Lead and support Workday ERP configuration, integrations, and reporting. Deliver end-to-end requests, design technical solutions, lead validation and release activities, provide escalated application support, manage intake and assignment of integration requests, and drive training and process optimization.

Design and govern scalable, secure MarTech and CRM solutions; create technical documentation and operating procedures; support integrations, security, testing, and user access; collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, manage change, and deliver Agile projects.

Lead development and delivery of Sage Intacct and business software solutions. Manage multiple client engagements, supervise project teams, ensure quality assurance, drive operations improvements, and grow consulting services regionally.
