Owns the end-to-end strategy, discovery, backlog, delivery, and post-launch optimization for a product or significant product area. Responsibilities include co-selling with Tekion, developing new logos, managing prospects and pipelines, forecasting, coordinating pricing and statements of work, maintaining CRM data, meeting revenue goals, and transitioning closed deals to delivery and customer success. Requires automotive dealership experience and prior sales of dealership management systems or related software.

Leads technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients, diagnoses and reproduces issues, and determines whether solutions involve training, configuration, workflows, integrations, data, or product defects. Scopes support, optimization, and remediation projects; develops software deployment strategies and service toolkits; supports post-implementation engagements; manages Tier 1 support and escalations to Tekion; and maintains knowledge of recurring issues and solutions.

Leads enterprise data governance initiatives, including policy and standards development, governance conformance, data quality, metadata requirements, and data issue resolution. Facilitates cross-functional decisions among business and technical stakeholders, manages governance artifacts, supports privacy and regulatory compliance, and delivers training to improve responsible data use and data literacy.

Manage client relationships and governmental audit engagements for state and local agencies. Lead engagement teams, monitor budgets and deadlines, communicate findings and recommendations, support clients’ funding and financial planning objectives, and mentor staff. The role requires managing governmental and Single audits, strategic management experience, and CPA certification.

Plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements for state and local government clients. Audit complex transactions, prepare financial statements and reports, research accounting and auditing developments, manage and train team members, collaborate with firm leadership, and maintain effective client relationships.

Design, build, test, document, and maintain Palantir Foundry applications, pipelines, ontologies, and integrations. Translate business requirements into solutions, apply governance and security practices, perform testing and documentation, support operations, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Lead and support Workday ERP configuration, integrations, and reporting. Deliver end-to-end requests, design technical solutions, lead validation and release activities, provide escalated application support, manage intake and assignment of integration requests, and drive training and process optimization.
