The Product Owner will lead product vision and delivery, manage the backlog, facilitate scrum processes, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

The Community Engagement Specialist will onboard new partners, manage relationships, support their marketing efforts, and assist with annual user conferences.

Partner with Implementation and CSM teams to onboard and support clinical research clients, analyze usage data, deliver training and Help Center content, provide custom reporting expertise, and drive product adoption with sponsors and site clients.
