Embed with strategic enterprise customers to prototype, build, and productionize full-stack generative AI and agentic applications; advise on AI strategy, codify repeatable solution patterns, mentor teams, and channel field feedback to product. Focus on scalable, secure AI architectures and LLM/MLOps practices to operationalize RAG, fine-tuning, semantic search, and agentic workflows.

Lead architecture and development of an enterprise agentic AI and MLOps platform. Architect and deliver cloud-native, scalable data-management services using Go and Java. Lead cross-team initiatives, produce high-fidelity designs, implement secure performant microservices on Kubernetes/OpenShift, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, UX, SRE, and security teams.

Lead product strategy and execution for Cloudera Hybrid Cloud, owning roadmap and releases for VM-based CDP deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Manage a team of Product Managers, drive hybrid connectivity, storage, security, and data mobility requirements, coordinate cross-functional launches, and engage enterprise customers and cloud partners to validate roadmap priorities.

Own and drive the Anywhere Cloud platform and AI product roadmap across hybrid/multi-cloud. Translate customer needs into requirements, lead product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborate with engineering/design, monitor product performance, and champion adoption and security-focused platform integrations.

Own the technical sales process for SLED customers, from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, post-sales support, renewals, and upselling. Partner with account managers to deliver technical wins, present product vision, advocate for customer needs, and support public-sector data initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of data technologies, cloud and private-cloud platforms, public-sector regulations, technical presentations, customer requirements gathering, and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Design and manage advanced network solutions for corporate and cloud environments. Collaborate with teams to ensure network security and performance, and optimize network infrastructures.

Manage SLED North East territory through strategic account planning, solution selling, and C-suite engagement. Drive new business, accurate forecasting, partner enablement, and year-over-year revenue growth while leveraging existing relationships.
