Partners across product and platform teams to instrument complex, high-scale systems and make data actionable for customers.

Designs and operates scalable systems and developer productivity tools supporting Cloudflare’s engineering platform. Responsibilities include improving deployment systems, securing infrastructure, optimizing CPU, bandwidth, and storage resources, advising application teams on architecture, driving engineering productivity initiatives, and responding to platform incidents. The role requires experience with distributed systems or Linux production environments, systems programming or scripting, container orchestration, CI/CD, automated testing, source control, troubleshooting, and optionally infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.

Partner with engineering, threat intelligence, sales, and design teams to address email threats such as business email compromise and phishing. Drive product growth, enterprise adoption, and technical platform evangelism while making data-informed investment decisions.

Partners with sales teams and customers to drive AI and Developer Platform revenue. Leads technical discovery, architects cloud and serverless solutions, develops proofs of concept, presents to strategic stakeholders, and advises customers on Cloudflare products. Collaborates with product, marketing, and technical teams to improve adoption, content, use cases, and value propositions.

Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports IAM solutions for workforce and workload identities. Responsibilities include SSO integrations, identity governance, lifecycle management, RBAC and ABAC automation, access certifications, privileged access management, policy enforcement, and operational support with on-call participation. The role also develops automation using scripting and AI/LLMs, secures containerized platforms, implements Zero Trust controls, and integrates enterprise applications and SaaS solutions.
