Generates and qualifies leads for CloudNC’s CAM Assist product through research, cold calling, personalized email, and social outreach. The role schedules qualified product demonstrations, maintains accurate CRM records, meets activity and pipeline targets, and stays informed about manufacturing trends, competitors, and product updates. Success requires strong rapport-building, curiosity, sales persistence, attention to detail, and familiarity with technology sales or business development.

Own customer onboarding and product support for CAM Assist. Personally guide new customers from sales handoff through installation, setup, and first accepted toolpath, while managing the support queue and developing the support specialist. Build scalable playbooks, help content, knowledge systems, and product feedback loops; monitor usage, prevent onboarding stalls, manage escalations, and improve time-to-value for manufacturing customers.

Assess parts for CAM Assist suitability, prepare workholding and machining strategies, generate and modify CNC toolpaths, troubleshoot demonstrations, support customers, and provide product feedback. The role also develops tutorials, advises on tooling and fixtures, improves CAM workflows, onboards specialist clients, and mentors sales team members.
