Lead internal proposal efforts: organize, write, edit, and produce proposals and interview presentations. Maintain proposal and team resume data in Deltek Vantagepoint, coordinate with marketing and professional services, perform self QA/QC, and support client and community relationship-building under tight deadlines.

Supports civil engineering projects through design, calculations, analysis, field visits, drawing packages, specifications, estimates, and project task management. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and partners while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and policies. Work is primarily in person in Austin, with occasional travel to project sites and offices. The position is intended for engineering students and entry-level graduate engineers.

Perform municipal civil engineering design and analysis (drainage, roadway, sanitary sewer, waterline, traffic control), produce construction documents, apply QA/QC, use Civil 3D/OpenRoads and related software, collaborate with project teams and clients, assist junior staff onboarding, and perform field observations and permit coordination.
