The role involves managing full technical lifecycle of client cloud deployments, designing integrations, maintaining infrastructures, and engaging with clients directly.

Lead end-to-end implementation of an AI orchestration platform: scope engagements, write code, architect integrations with customer tooling (Figma, Slack, Teams, Adobe, dashboards), run deployments, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, and manage a team of implementation engineers and solution architects while coordinating across platform, account, and customer stakeholders.

Own end-to-end implementations of the Machine: define scope and rollout plans, manage budgets and commercial health, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineering, ensure integration readiness and compliance (SOC 2, NDAs), drive adoption and executive reviews, handle escalations, and refine repeatable rollout playbooks.
