Provides functional leadership for a pod of forward-deployed product managers across client implementations. Establishes standards for requirements, prototypes, workflows, and documentation; resolves ambiguity; coordinates staffing and capacity; reviews client and engineering deliverables; and converts recurring deployment patterns into core product roadmap inputs. The role remains hands-on, supports blocked deployments, manages program-level relationships with technical account and implementation teams, and influences peers without direct reporting authority.

Owns product workstreams during client implementations of an AI-powered marketing platform. Gathers requirements, translates ambiguous workflows into user stories and briefs, prototypes flows and prompts, partners with technical account managers and engineers, resolves implementation blockers, documents decisions, and feeds recurring deployment patterns into the core product roadmap. The role requires strong systems thinking, communication, independent ownership, and hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling.

Lead technical direction and hands-on full-stack development for AI-native marketing platforms. Build React and Next.js applications, backend services, API integrations, infrastructure, and event-driven systems. Establish architecture, scalability, reliability, and code-quality standards; guide technical decisions; coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Design; mentor engineers; and evaluate emerging technologies and agentic frameworks.
