Lead and scale an enterprise sales organization across the central U.S., owning quota through net-new, expansions, and renewals. Recruit, coach, and develop account directors and managers, establish sales playbooks and processes, partner with product and engineering on customer-driven roadmap, and drive long-term customer health and retention.

As a Partner Deployed Engineer, you will enable and support partner teams in deploying, scaling, and delivering AI solutions while leading technical training and ensuring partner success.

The Partner Marketer will drive collaborations with partners to enhance adoption of Cognition's AI solutions, develop joint messaging, execute co-marketing initiatives, and measure performance of partner programs.
