Lead and scale an enterprise sales organization across the central U.S., owning quota through net-new, expansions, and renewals. Recruit, coach, and develop account directors and managers, establish sales playbooks and processes, partner with product and engineering on customer-driven roadmap, and drive long-term customer health and retention.

As a Partner Deployed Engineer, you will enable and support partner teams in deploying, scaling, and delivering AI solutions while leading technical training and ensuring partner success.

Own and scale global payroll end-to-end for employees, contractors, and commission recipients. Build systems, automation, controls, and documentation for payroll at scale. Manage payroll vendors, EORs, and benefits administrators. Ensure domestic and international payroll tax compliance, registrations, filings, reconciliations, and tax notice resolution. Handle complex compensation (commissions, bonuses, taxable benefits, relocation). Administer 401(k), deductions, garnishments, and contractor payments. Partner with Finance, Accounting, People Ops, Tax, and Legal.
