Own the full sales cycle for state, local, and higher education customers across the SLED market. Responsibilities include territory planning, outbound business development, executive relationship building, consultative selling, partner management, proof-of-concept execution, procurement, and deal closure. The role requires collaboration with SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to expand public-sector adoption of Cohere’s AI platform.

Lead sales operations to optimize revenue growth by defining strategy, streamlining processes, managing CRM and pipeline, delivering performance analytics, coordinating cross-functional GTM efforts, and mentoring teams while aligning sales execution with company objectives and stakeholders.

Owns revenue enablement programs for North American field teams from design through rollout, measurement, and iteration. Partners with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to align go-to-market priorities. Develops playbooks, certifications, training, and competitive resources; operationalizes MEDDPICC; tracks enablement KPIs; improves content platforms and AI workflows; coaches sellers; and translates field insights into updated enablement materials.
