Lead customer onboarding from contract to adoption: configure environments (SSO, integrations, workspaces), run trainings and launches, manage enterprise rollouts, apply change management, build repeatable playbooks, and feed implementation insights into education and product.

Lead the development of AI-powered review systems to improve engineering workflows, ensuring product usability and customer trust through strategic collaboration with technical teams.
