Manage non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions end-to-end from contract to close. Coordinate documentation, deadlines, and communications with agents, clients, third parties, and internal teams. Enter and verify transaction expenses, prepare commission invoices, calculate payouts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance and transaction records while ensuring timely, accurate closings.

Lead and supervise a remote escrow/operations team to ensure efficient title and closing processing, compliance with company and client metrics, training and onboarding, process documentation, escalation handling, and continuous process improvement.

Support daily recording operations by preparing, reviewing, and submitting executed documents to county recording offices; maintain accurate records, assist workflow coordination, participate in team meetings, and provide internal/external customer service while identifying process improvements.

Manage client relationships for relocation services: lead proposals, contract negotiations, implementations, SLA monitoring, profitability and billing oversight, client satisfaction, cross-selling, team mentoring, and internal project participation to drive service excellence and account growth.

Manage end-to-end event planning for multiple real estate brands: site selection, vendor/logistics management, budgets, contracts, registration, AV specs, signage, F&B, housing, virtual events, and post-event financial recaps and debriefs. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and client success to drive attendance and on-site execution.
