Manage budgets, forecasts, experimentation, and a small demand-gen team to optimize funnel velocity, cross-sell penetration, and measurable revenue outcomes.

Lead affiliate growth strategy for the Eastern Region, driving organic and inorganic expansion, franchise renewals, M&A and seller strategy. Advise affiliate owners and executives, lead complex negotiations, set performance metrics, and manage a senior growth team. Leverage analytics and BI to inform strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the brand externally. Role is remote with up to 25% travel and periodic visits to Madison, NJ.
