Lead planning and real-time execution of AP Reading operations for assigned subjects. Manage Reader deployment (onsite and at-home), staffing, prompt coverage, vendor coordination, site logistics, and issue escalation. Direct 1-2 analysts, monitor scoring performance, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement to meet throughput, quality, and completion targets.

Lead site-wide logistics and vendor readiness for the annual AP Reading. Design execution models, establish operating standards and runbooks, oversee live operations and escalations, coordinate cross-track partners, secure multi-year site assets, and develop the Site Logistics & Execution leadership team to ensure reliable, scalable scoring operations.

Lead technical design and implementation of client-side security protections for Bluebook across Windows, macOS, iPad, and ChromeOS. Provide hands-on coding (native and web), guide architecture and testing, mentor teammates, run mob programming, resolve complex production issues, and drive engineering standards, AI-augmented practices, and cross-team collaboration to build resilient, production-grade security solutions.
