Lead content strategy for one or more areas of a digital assessment platform: define standards, craft user-centered product copy, drive information architecture, redesign editorial workflows, manage CMS content, and build shared content operations and governance. Translate research and analytics into iterative content improvements, partner cross-functionally, and help the team adopt AI tools. Role includes occasional after-hours support and travel for test administration windows.

Design, build, and operate Workday and LMS integrations using AWS. Own full lifecycle of API- and file-based integrations, embed observability, ensure resilience and security, mentor engineers, and support production systems in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Serve as chief of staff and strategic partner to the SVP of Learning & Assessment; drive cross-functional initiatives, manage operating cadence, track commitments, prepare executive materials, lead special projects, and represent the division to senior leaders. Ensure alignment, accountability, and execution across psychometrics, assessment design, research, finance, and talent functions.
