Serve as primary account manager for a portfolio of real estate agents: onboard and train on Compass tools, drive product adoption, provide marketing support and collateral, coordinate with onboarding and marketing teams, support office openings and expansion projects, mentor coordinators, and deliver high-touch, in-office customer experiences.
