The role requires strong communication, organization, interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technology skills, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and AI tools.

Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Sales team, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on talent strategy, source active and passive sales candidates, promote company culture, and use AI and recruiting technologies to improve workflows. Maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships, manage a high-volume pipeline, and protect confidentiality.
