Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, managing pipelines, meeting quotas, consulting prospects, demonstrating Connecteam’s SaaS platform, and converting sign-ups into paying customers. The role requires strong customer relationships, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, feedback gathering, and independent work in a remote, fast-growing environment. Fluency in French is required.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB prospects, manage an account pipeline, and convert platform users into paying customers. Serve as a Connecteam product expert and customer-facing representative, provide consultative support, gather customer feedback to influence product improvements, and collaborate across departments. The role requires quota attainment, independent ownership, strong communication, and remote work from Monday through Friday.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers, deliver tailored training, drive quick wins and adoption, establish usage habits, monitor engagement, and proactively mitigate churn to ensure activation and retention.
