The Director of Success will oversee customer relationships post-onboarding, focusing on retention, product adoption, and team leadership for large accounts.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB SaaS customers through upsells and cross-sells. Own quota and full sales cycle, analyze customer data for expansion, collaborate with SDRs and CSMs, act as product expert, and advocate customer needs to influence product. Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
