Lead BIM, GIS, and CADD digital delivery for the Austin airport capital program. Set and enforce digital standards, manage BIM/GIS/CADD teams and consultants, run model coordination/clash detection, support code and constructability reviews, ensure as-built GIS and COBie-compliant model handover, maintain CDE, and report digital delivery status to stakeholders.

Design conversational and AI-agent interactions, steward a scalable design system, collaborate tightly with AI-assisted engineers, and balance hands-on design (80–85%) with research and cross-functional advocacy.

Lead federal capital program portfolio delivery: plan, organize, and manage resources for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. Oversee PMs, maintain client relationships, perform site inspections, and support business development.

Design and lead delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS solutions: gather client requirements, create strategy and design documents, manage development and integrations, perform QA and UAT, demo solutions, and support sales and program governance.

Manage moderate-complexity pursuits end-to-end including proposal content development, schedules, compliance reviews, CRM maintenance, resume/project sheet alignment, and interview preparation; support senior pursuit staff and coach coordinators.
