Lead development and maintenance of integrated master schedules (IMS) for DOE projects in an EVM environment. Define WBS, control accounts, and coding structures; support IMS-EVM integration, baseline change control, schedule risk assessments, reporting, and subcontractor flow-downs. Provide training and develop scheduling processes to ensure EVMS compliance.

Lead BIM, GIS, and CADD digital delivery for the Austin airport capital program. Set and enforce digital standards, manage BIM/GIS/CADD teams and consultants, run model coordination/clash detection, support code and constructability reviews, ensure as-built GIS and COBie-compliant model handover, maintain CDE, and report digital delivery status to stakeholders.
