Develops and manages customer accounts by identifying needs, building sales pipelines, creating proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing opportunities. Sells physical security integration, cyber, maintenance, managed, and transformational services. Collaborates with estimators, sales engineers, subject matter experts, project managers, and partners to deliver winning proposals and grow customer relationships.

Manage small-to-medium technical projects from award to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, positive cash flow, safety, quality, procurement coordination, subcontractor oversight, and strong customer communication to maximize satisfaction.

Manage branch operations, including planning, business qualification, proposal and booking reviews, customer satisfaction, contract execution, cost control, labor and subcontractor supervision, scheduling, invoicing, and collections. Coach and develop operations staff while ensuring successful delivery of installed systems and services. Requires strong project management, leadership, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office skills, plus 3–5 years of operations experience in electronic, fire alarm, life safety, or building automation industries.
