The Senior Manager, Data Science/ML will lead a team to enhance product innovation through data science, focusing on ML and experimentation frameworks that boost customer engagement. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, building ML models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape product roadmaps.

Own the end-to-end discovery experience across web and mobile (home, search, collections, product pages, cart). Set product vision and roadmap, partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Merchandising, run experimentation, maintain core UI quality, and optimize conversion, retention, and checkout funnel metrics.
