Lead global IT operations for a HIPAA-regulated healthtech company, managing a small support team and hands-on ticketing. Build and maintain systems for compliance and visibility, optimize vendor costs, implement security/onboarding processes, drive process improvements with KPIs and automation, and serve as primary IT liaison to leadership and partners.

Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive B2B lead generation, brand positioning, PR, content/SEO, campaigns and events. Collaborate with sales/product, manage teams, measure performance, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.

Serve as CopilotIQ's sole legal lead overseeing corporate governance, contracts, IP, risk management, and healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, data privacy). Negotiate commercial agreements, advise leadership and board, coordinate with outside regulatory counsel, and shape legal strategy to support growth in digital healthcare.
