Oversee and implement project energization and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs, coordinate energization events and SIMOPS, maintain energization trackers and LOTO logs, audit LOTO compliance, liaise between construction, commissioning, operations and safety teams, and approve or stop unsafe live-system activities.

Lead multiple complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater construction projects across the Southwest. Oversee project teams, safety, quality, schedule, client relationships, contracts, budgets, preconstruction transitions, change orders, and profitability. Mentor Project Managers and support business development and client negotiations.

Lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, acting as P&L owner. Responsible for safety, schedule, budget, quality, client relationships, field team leadership, project planning, risk mitigation, recordkeeping, and business development.

Lead development and oversight of the quality management system for construction projects, enforce quality controls, perform audits/inspections, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, train staff, review contracts/specifications, and support growth of the Quality Department across multi-site projects.

Support Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver industrial and mission-critical construction projects. Manage cost control, procurement, submittals, scheduling, permits, invoicing, and reporting. Mentor Field Engineers, participate in meetings, resolve commercial issues, prepare payment applications, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships while promoting safety and quality.

Manage on-site warehouse and logistics for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. Oversee inventory tracking, material intake/distribution, prefabrication handling, team leadership (6-10 staff), safety compliance, coordination with project and procurement teams, and process/SOP development to ensure efficient material flow and site operations.
