Oversee and implement project energization and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) programs, coordinate energization events and SIMOPS, maintain energization trackers and LOTO logs, audit LOTO compliance, liaise between construction, commissioning, operations and safety teams, and approve or stop unsafe live-system activities.

Lead multiple complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater construction projects across the Southwest. Oversee project teams, safety, quality, schedule, client relationships, contracts, budgets, preconstruction transitions, change orders, and profitability. Mentor Project Managers and support business development and client negotiations.

Lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout, acting as P&L owner. Responsible for safety, schedule, budget, quality, client relationships, field team leadership, project planning, risk mitigation, recordkeeping, and business development.
