Lead end-to-end planning and execution of congress exhibits, sponsorships, and HCP engagement for assigned business units. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to build annual congress plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance and audit readiness, drive vendor performance, support onsite execution, and identify process improvements to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Lead strategy and execution for thought leader engagement, advisory boards, and insight generation. Develop educational content and product theater materials, manage agencies and partnerships, ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform brand and commercial strategy. Support cross-functional alignment and travel as needed.
